Michele is a life-loving, constantly learning, teacher, wife, dog-lover, forever-growing, mom of twins..... Michele has 14 years in elementary education teaching primarily kindergarten and first grade as well as four years in preschool education. She has a degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in ECE as well as a Masters degree in Reading and Language Arts. While teaching in Michigan she was a Demonstration classroom, a Curriculum Facilitator, and a presenter at the Michigan Reading Conferences. She participated in curriculum development and teamed with teachers to align principles from the NAEYC with educational standards and expectations. While teaching in Bozeman, she collaborated on various committees, participated in PLCs and provided best practice education to students. As a preschool teacher, she has aligned ECE standards, designed assessments and has continue to learn and grow with her peers.
