Leigh Ann Downie-Economy has more than 35 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education. She has a Bachelor's of Science in Child Development and a Master's of Science in Early Childhood Studies with an emphasis in leadership and management. Leigh Ann has recently opened Growing Roots Early Learning Center which is an employee sponsored child care program for Immanuel Living Communities. Growing Roots currently has locations in both Kalispell and Somers, Montana serving children aged 8 weeks - 12 years. Between both sites, Growing Roots is licensed for 100 children.

In addition to Leigh Ann's professional experience, Leigh Ann has raised 2 biological and 3 step-children and is currently loving every minute of her new title of "Grandma" to 4 beautiful granddaughters.
