I have been in the Early Childhood field for over 35 years. I have had a family and group home and taught and directed a center. I have been a PDS since 2000 and have taught many classes covering all of the domains in the knowledge base for my staff, other center staff and CCC. Some of my highlights in my teaching have been conducting workshops at MTAEYC conference, and regional ACSI conference in Portland, OR. Currently, I am a Provider Support Lead for CCC, specializing in assisting new providers through the licensing process. I also developed a program for directors who may want some additional knowledge and mentoring in how to be a successful director. An American Red Cross Instructor since 2000 I teach CPR and First Aid courses for CCC, and am also a CDA PDS. I love sharing my experience, and expertise in early childhood with EC professionals and seeing their growth in the early education field.
